BELTEI E-Learning Cambodia

BELTEI E-Learning Cambodia mobile application is a digital learning platform created and developed by BELTEI International School. It is designed to provide students and the general public with opportunities to enhance their knowledge and improve the effectiveness of their studies through e-learning, guided by qualified and experienced teachers.

By accessing or using this app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Account Registration

You may register through Google, email, or phone number.
You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
You are responsible for updating your information to ensure accurate communication and account security.

Access and Security

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.
Each account is permitted for use on one device only.
BELTEI E-Learning Cambodia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of illegal activities or violations of these Terms.
BELTEI E-Learning Cambodia may investigate suspicious activities and request identity verification when necessary.
You must notify us immediately if your account has been accessed without authorization.
All internet service fees and any streaming delays or disruptions are the user’s responsibility and depend on your internet provider.

Course Purchase and Payment

Courses may be purchased based on class level and specific programs.
Subscription options are available for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year.
All payments are non-refundable.
Users should be notified immediately if there is a problem during payment.
Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment details.
BELTEI E-Learning Cambodia does not store or collect debit/credit card information.
In cases of fraudulent or unlawful transactions, BELTEI E-Learning Cambodia reserves the right to suspend or terminate access.

Intellectual Property

All videos, lessons, and materials within the app are the intellectual property of BELTEI International School.
Copying, distributing, or using content for commercial purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Any violation of intellectual property rights will result in legal liability.

User Responsibilities

Users must comply with the terms of use set by BELTEI E-Learning Cambodia.
BELTEI E-Learning Cambodia reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any account if there is a serious violation of the Terms of Use.
Users agree to:

- Not enter false information with the intention of deceiving others.

- Not take any action that harms the national honor or public figure.

- Not use data, documents, lessons, images, or videos for further teaching or business purposes without permission from BELTEI E-Learning Cambodia and BELTEI International School.

- Not hack, download data, or copy program code that may cause the program to malfunction or become inoperable.

- Users who engage in the above activities will be held legally responsible.

Privacy Policy

BELTEI E-Learning Cambodia respects your privacy.
User information is collected and used solely for providing services and improving user experience.
Information will not be disclosed or shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

BELTEI E-Learning Cambodia reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will be notified via BELTEI E-Learning Cambodia Notification on your phone or tablet.
Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
